Step 2: Resource Building & Nervous System Support

We’ll strengthen your internal and external resources, co-create a personalized safety plan, and build your capacity for self-regulation. You’ll also receive a powerful nervous system regulation toolkit to help you feel supported and safe between sessions.

Step 4: Personalized Trauma Processing Sessions to Meet Your Healing Goals

You’ll receive four tailored trauma processing sessions using integrative approaches, including Attachment-Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Somatic experiencing and PSYCH-K® subconscious belief rewiring to help transform the core patterns that have held you back.

Step 1: Assessment & Goal Setting

We’ll begin with a thorough client intake to understand your history, needs, and priorities. Together, we’ll define the most meaningful goals for your healing, growth, and transformation during our 5 weeks together.

Step 3: Peaceful Place & Safety Installation

We’ll lay a strong foundation using EMDR’s Peaceful Place installation and somatic practices to deepen self-trust, grounding, and embodied safety - helping you feel more at ease as you approach deeper work.

Monika’s passion is to blend the most effective neuroscience, somatic psychology, neurobiology of trauma, and soul in every session - helping you remember who you truly are beneath the pain.

What You’ll Receive

A personalized 5-session integrative trauma therapy experience

In these first 5 weekly sessions, you'll begin the journey of reconnecting with your body, gently beginning to rewire the mind and regulate your nervous system. This is a safe space to process your emotions, release the weight of the past trauma, and start to feel like yourself again.

  • Attachment-Focused EMDR – Gently release the emotional charge of painful memories from childhood wounds, like abandonment, betrayal, abuse or neglect and install deep emotional safety.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Befriend your protective parts. Heal the wounded child within. Unburden shame, fear, anger, sadness and emotional pain.

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE) – To regulate your nervous system, release stored survival energy, and restore presence.

  • Polyvagal-Informed Therapy – to shift from survival states into safety and connection strengthening inner resources, mind-body connection, and increase your window of tolerance.

  • Nervous System Regulation Tools – Learn powerful body-based practices to calm anxiety, reduce reactivity, and bring yourself back to safety and stability in any moment.

  • Identity Repair Work – to help you remember who you truly are underneath trauma and coping.

The entire healing methodology is guided by the principles of integrative trauma therapy, focusing on safety, attachment wounds repair, trauma release, and identity rebuilding to help individuals with Complex trauma reclaim their sense of Sacred Self, strengthen resiliency and thrive.

  • That’s normal. We will move at your pace and work with your window of tolerance for you to feel safe, grounded, and able to move through your healing without retraumatization. Safety and trust are at the heart of this work and something I deeply care about.

  • Sessions are 60–90 minutes long. We combine the best evidence-based top-down and bottom-up modalities, including Somatic experiencing, IFS, Attachment-focused EMDR, and nervous system regulation. During these sessions, the client doesn’t need to talk about the traumatic event in detail, but rather share only brief snippets of what they are experiencing during processing to release the emotional charge from their traumatic memories. You’ll always be in control of what you share and do.

  • Yes. Trauma-informed online sessions are available to make this work accessible and safe for you. We’ll connect via Google Meet or Zoom and I will guide you through experiential sessions to process and release what no longer servers. I am there with you every step of the way and regulation and safety are at the core of every session. It’s my passion to help you feel held and cared for in our work together.
