To bring awareness to and rewire underlying self-sabotaging patterns, habits and behaviours
To coach about handling triggers, and how to self-regulate, reparent yourself and heal your inner child
To help you release and rewire any codependency patterns and heal attachment trauma

This is a package of 10 sessions suitable for people who know their main blocks and are clear what they wish to achieve. For example, you may struggle with people-pleasing so you want to achieve the oposite; - i.e. focusing more on your true needs, values and setting boundaries to detach from what isn’t true to you.
In our session we get straight to the root cause of your blocks, release the subconscious traumatic stress from your body and rewire your Subconscious mind for you to experience your desired result effortlesly. I will coach you how to rewire your conscious behaviours, habits and patterns to experience lasting and profound results in your life.
